Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days once your order has been sent.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a reliable but non-guaranteed service.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of placing it, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate. We kindly ask that you allow this time before getting in touch.

Europe & Rest of the World

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery to Europe takes approximately 7-10 days, and 14-17 days for the rest of the world.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail International Tracked, which is a reliable but non-guaranteed service.

If your order has not arrived within the timescales above, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate.

Fresh Sourdough Starter

If your order includes a fresh sourdough starter and delivery is delayed, please don’t worry — your starter will remain stable in transit. Even if it some active starter grow and leak out of the sealed tub, it will be contained within a sealed food-safe bag, and you can simply scrape it off the inside of the bag and put it back into the tub.

Simply follow the feeding instructions provided on arrival. If you have any concerns after receiving it, we are always here to help.
