Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us first so we can arrange the return.

In these cases, we will cover the cost of return postage and provide a full refund or replacement.

Returns Policy

We accept returns on unused, non-digital items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition.

Please note:

Downloadable products (such as recipe files) are non-refundable once purchased, unless faulty.
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items unless they are faulty.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please include a note with your order details and reason for return, and send it to the address below within 14 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked or signed delivery service.
