Delivery Timescales

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–4 working days. Delivery typically takes a further 2–4 working days once your order has been sent.

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 48, which is a reliable but non-guaranteed service.

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of placing it, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate. We kindly ask that you allow this time before getting in touch.

Fresh Sourdough Starter

If your order includes a fresh sourdough starter and delivery is delayed, please don’t worry — your starter will remain stable in transit.

Simply follow the feeding instructions provided on arrival. If you have any concerns after receiving it, we are always here to help.
